Each bomb makes a large batch — enough to feed 8–10

How to use it:

1. Drop one Pozole Bomb into 6 cups of water with 6 lbs of pork or chicken

2. Add ~2 cups (25 oz) of drained hominy 

3. Simmer 8 hours (slow cooker) or 60 minutes (Instant Pot)

4. Shred meat, simmer 10 more minutes, and serve

5. Top with lime, radish, cabbage — whatever your family loves
